After a decade of rapid growth, the client’s employees were starting to fade. It was felt that new, ambitious targets were a step too far, as employees felt they were having to run even faster to stand still.


A social network analysis identified the organisation’s key opinion leaders (KOLs) and SenseEIA worked with them to understand the challenges they faced, and the organisation’s legacy that they cherished. It exposed a disconnect between the employees and the board, which was starting to polarise opinion.


Storytelling workshops allowed all parties to articulate their hopes for the organisation. From the boardroom to the reception desk, it was clear that everyone was drawing on the company’s heritage as justification for what had made them great. SenseEIA simply allowed everyone to express this in new, more complex ways, which re-energised employees across the business.
