The client had taken on private equity investment, and with it, significant expectations of growth. The board needed support to inform employees about the new challenges and opportunities, but without this resulting in loss pf energy or motivation.
A social network analysis identified the organisation’s key opinion leaders (KOLs) – individuals who were both highly connected and highly influential. SenseEIA worked with the KOLs through a series of storytelling workshops to envision a future that embraced these emerging challenges.
